Day 5 of Lean Six Sigma Closing Out and Controlling Projects is designed to help students finish strong and sustain the improvements they have worked hard to build. This final module brings together statistical validation, Control phase planning, SOP development, project closeout, exam readiness, and graduation preparation in one practical learning experience. Many learners understand how to identify problems and recommend improvements, but struggle with the final step: making sure those improvements last. This course helps close that gap by teaching students how to use control plans, standard work, visual management, responsible ownership, training, audits, and SOPs to protect performance gains over time. Students will also review chi-square basics, apply data cheat sheets, complete practice questions, participate in a Green Belt closeout activity, prepare for the Lean Six Sigma program exam, and receive guidance on credential registration and next-step opportunities. The module also introduces Black Belt Level 2 project experience pathways and specialty project tracks for learners who want to continue advancing.
