About Your Lead Facilitator
Frank W. Shanklin is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, occupational safety professional, incident manager, emergency response leader, and OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for General Industry. Frank brings real-world experience in safety, emergency management, hazardous materials awareness, program management, and workforce training. His background allows students to learn safety from someone who understands both compliance and real workplace application. As an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer, Frank is authorized to deliver OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Outreach Training and submit required course documentation through the OSHA Outreach Training Program. His goal is to help students build confidence, recognize hazards, understand safety expectations, and apply safety principles in the workplace.
