1. Sample Smarter. Decide Faster.

Students learn how to collect and evaluate process samples with confidence, including why sampling matters, how to choose the right sample type, how sample size works, and how to distinguish a good sample from a poor sample.

2. Find the Root Cause Before You Improve

Tonight’s focus is on using Lean Six Sigma tools to move from symptoms to root causes. Students will practice Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, and Root Cause Validation using the Mr. Pepperoni Pizza case study.

3. Advanced Pathways will open soon

Black Belt Level 2 applications open Thursday with only 50 participant spots available. Selected students may continue into Saturday’s advanced session, including Black Belt Level 2 and the Master Black Belt Trainer pathway focused on Yellow Belt principles.

Tonight’s Focus: Analyze Phase

If process data, root-cause analysis, or statistics have ever felt intimidating, this module is designed to make them practical, approachable, and immediately useful. Day 3 of Lean Six Sigma Completion with the Yellow Belt Module gives students the tools to collect better samples, analyze process performance, identify waste, verify root causes, and understand basic regression concepts through real-world examples. This module is built for learners who want to contribute to process improvement but may not yet feel confident with analytical tools. Instead of overwhelming students with theory. Students will review process sampling, Analyze phase tools, real-life improvement scenarios, and regression in a way that connects directly to service, operations, healthcare, logistics, education, and business environments. By the end of this module, students will be better prepared to ask the right questions, read process data more effectively, recognize bottlenecks, separate symptoms from root causes, and support improvement projects with confidence. Whether you are preparing for Yellow Belt completion, strengthening your Lean Six Sigma foundation, or building career-ready problem-solving skills, this course gives you tools you can apply right away. During tonight’s session, you will practice using Lean Six Sigma tools to investigate the Mr. Pepperoni Pizza case study. Your goal is not to guess. Your goal is to use evidence, data, and systems thinking to understand where the process is breaking down. You will work through tools such as: Fishbone Diagram 5 Whys Pareto Analysis Scatter Plot and Correlation Hypothesis Testing FMEA Root Cause Validation Analyze Tollgate Review Remember: We do not blame people. We study the PROCESS!
