About the course

If statistics, process improvement planning, or workplace organization have ever felt overwhelming, this module is designed to make them practical, clear, and immediately useful. Day 4 of Lean Six Sigma Inferential Statistics helps students connect the final lessons of the Analyze phase to the beginning of the Improvement phase by reviewing key concepts, exploring 6S workplace organization, and applying data-driven improvement tools. This module is built for learners who want to move from identifying problems to building practical solutions. Students will review Analyze phase concepts, participate in project analysis discussions, explore how safety fits into 6S, strengthen their understanding of inferential statistics, and practice Improvement phase tools such as brainstorming, impact/effort analysis, poka-yoke, standardized work, and future-state mapping. By the end of this module, students will be better prepared to interpret evidence, organize work more effectively, identify smarter solutions, reduce waste, prevent defects, and support sustainable process improvement.
